Hybrid use of xml configuration and SSC (self service configuration)

With the functionality to configure Forms&Lists as self service configuration, it is only possible to do either changes using self service configuration or do changes using xml.

Both is in combination is not possible.

So it would be good, if there was the possibility to use xml AND SSC for configuring ARCM.
