To enhance the documentation of evidence in ARIS Risk & Compliance, it would be necessary to add a text / note when we deactivate a task, that has already startet.
Example:
A control test (or control execution) was started by the system and has not yet been touched -> Status ist "new". Sometimes it is appropriate to deactivate the task, e.g. if you want to change attributes and start the task once again. Any user with the appropriate manager role can do so.
Rationale:
For the purpose of documentation or traceability, it is significant to state why the original task was deactivated. Currently, it is only documented who did it, not why or for which reason.
Request:
Für each deactivation action, a text box should be opened as mandatory input. The input should then be shown in the task list filtered on "deaktivated" items, and as well in the task details / protokol and in report "change protokol" for the respective version of the task.
I heard a rumour, that this feature is already being developted and will be available in one of the upcomming releases. Could someone from ARIS product management please comment this information? Thank you!
