Automated translation means for strings/variables in reports

I am looking for an automated translation means for strings/variables in reports.

To my knowledge, this can only be done manually today. However, when there are ~30 strings that need to be translated into 3-5 languages, I feel that it is a waste of time.

So, ideally, the reports "export attributes for translation" and "import translated attributes" would also cover strings/variables in reports.
