Upload new data events: no table selected

to upload new events, a table must be defined before selecting the data file. If this is not done, the upload dialog is shown anyway. There should be a hint, that a table must be selected first

Automate data import

the import of new events should be automated and the imported event files should be marked as imported

Offer all 3 views (Projects, Data collection, Administration) as header links

Don't "hide" the Administration view in the Settings gear icon

Instead, place the Administation view as header view next to the Projects view

Don't "hide" Data Collection" as link at the bottom of the Projects view

Make it a header link so that the user can get the idea of the different views easily
