Generate and analyze a digital twin of an unstructured manual process

In order to be complete and get the whole flow not only automated steps should be taken in to account in process mining but also the manual steps.

    Hello Sylvia,

    could you elaborate on what manual steps are for you? As we use log files for process mining we can only see the events that are stored in the system itself, this can be automated and manual processes. But if you want to include also steps that are done by other systems or without an IT-System maybe Task Mining could be a solution. If you want to have a look at this please reach out to me.
