could you elaborate on what manual steps are for you? As we use log files for process mining we can only see the events that are stored in the system itself, this can be automated and manual processes. But if you want to include also steps that are done by other systems or without an IT-System maybe Task Mining could be a solution. If you want to have a look at this please reach out to me.
