Survey management - reviewer does not see issues created by interviewee

the interviewee can create issues for the questionnaire and/or questions within the questionnaire.In the current view that the reviewer gets, she/he can't see that issues have been created. As a consequence, duplicate issues might be created.

Easy change on the forms for the properties

ARCM is very hard code to make any modification to changes/renaming on the properties in the multiple forms, would be very good to implement a self configuration option to rename the properties on each of the forms, with no need to customize the too
