In browser for date attributes have a Today button

In the ARIS Connect Portal browser, when a user goes to edit a date attribute, include a button for 'Today' so todays date can immediately be populated into the date attribute.

contribution mode - activation per tenant not per server/system

currently it is only possible to activate or deactivate "contribution mode" per server/system/installation. This is not very good for server with more than one tenant. It would be better make it available per tenant.
