Attributes - Option to change from Editable to not Editable and vice versa

Evaluate the added value of Functional Allocation Diagrams (FAD) - (Remove?)

At this point the added value of an FAD is very low and causes a lot of extra work with regards to maintenance (naming etc). Please allow an option to leave out these FAD models in ARIS.
